The PFF040 is a 4-litre automatic pet feeder built around a Tuya Smart WiFi module, so the whole feeding schedule can be set from a phone instead of the machine. Through the app the owner sets meal times, the number of portions per meal and the portion size, then leaves the house knowing the next meal is already programmed. The same settings can still be entered on the unit itself if the network is down.

Inside the tank, a dedicated push-feed mechanism drives kibble forward through the outlet rather than letting it fall by gravity. Irregular and larger pieces therefore keep moving instead of bridging across the opening, which is the usual cause of a feeder stopping mid-meal. The tank is transparent, so the remaining food level is readable at a glance, and the lid carries a desiccant pack that keeps dry kibble crisp between refills.

Power comes from the supplied 5V/1A adapter, with three AA batteries keeping the schedule alive during a power cut. The bowl is 304 stainless steel and lifts straight out for washing.
