     PetStory Technology Limited  is a manufacturer and supplier focus on smart pet electronic products. We have our own technical team to independently develop the products with our own brand, and also undertake OEM/ODM projects, provide global customers with one-stop services from product design, mold making to mass production. Our main products include: video-enabled smart feeders, Wi-Fi-enabled remote feeders, timed and portion-controlled automatic feeders, Wi-Fi-enabled wireless pet water fountains, wireless sensor-activated automatic water fountains, wired automatic water fountains, and aquarium fish feeders .

Technical Team:
     The R&D Department is PETSTORY’s core technical team. This team strictly adheres to the key milestones in new product development: market research, product definition, and the design of product appearance, structure, and circuitry. Each milestone must be approved before proceeding to the next phase. At the same time, we strictly implement DFM (Design for Manufacturability) to ensure product feasibility.
     The Engineering Department serves as PETSTORY’s quality assurance team; they ensure our products consistently deliver exceptional performance and reliability, thereby earning our customers’ trust. Starting from the pilot production phase, evaluation, validation, and repeated testing are an integral part of our engineers’ daily work. They ensure that every product has passed thousands of tests before it reaches the market.

Marketing Team:
     The Sales Department is PETSTORY’s product promotion team. Through sales channels such as online platforms, distributor partnerships, and trade shows, they distribute our products to customers worldwide. They also relay customer pain points and feedback regarding our products to the technical team, driving the continuous optimization and iteration of our products.
     The After-Sales Department is PETSTORY’s customer service team; they promptly and effectively resolve customer issues related to product use and after-sales support, closely monitor negative experiences and feedback regarding product usage, and immediately report them to the technical team.

As a manufacturer and supplier of smart pet products, PETSTORY has its own technical team and line of proprietary brand products. In addition to providing high-quality pet products to customers worldwide, we also offer customized product solutions.
1. Wholesale of Standard Products
     Our existing line of smart pet products, as well as new products we are continuously developing, are available for wholesale and retail to customers worldwide. Our products include: video-enabled pet feeders, Wi-Fi-enabled pet feeders, Wi-Fi-enabled pet water dispensers, push-button automatic pet feeders, infrared-sensor automatic pet water dispensers, Wi-Fi-enabled automatic fish tank feeders, push-button automatic fish tank feeders, GPS trackers, cat litter box sanitizers and deodorizers, fun electric pet toys, and more.

2. Brand Agents and Distributors 
   We have our own product R&D team and a unified domestic and international brand, LEPESTORY. We will gradually establish multiple overseas customer service centers to build a localized technical support and customer service system. We welcome overseas pet companies to join the LEPESTORY family to engage in the distribution and agency of our branded products.

3. Customized Product Services
    We have a full-cycle R&D team capable of providing one-stop product solutions from concept to mass production. This includes product appearance design, structural layout, circuit design, software development, prototype validation, mold manufacturing and injection molding, small-batch trial production, and mass production. We conduct reviews at every R&D milestone to ensure that development tasks at each stage meet expectations. Customers can choose to collaborate on partial or full-process product customization as needed. This opens a fast and convenient path to new product development for our clients.

4. In-Depth Collaboration on Pet Products
      Leveraging our robust technical capabilities, we are also pleased to offer OEM/ODM and custom project collaborations for pet-related products. Examples include: automatic feeding equipment design for chicken (and pigeon) farms; tracking and anti-loss devices for cattle (and sheep) farms; and location tracking devices for the elderly or children. We are open to various collaboration models and in-depth partnerships.

Our factory has seveal years of experience in manufacturing smart pet products, which covers an area of 4,000 square meters. We offer a one-stop solution from mold making and injection molding to product assembly, packaging, testing, and shipment of finished goods. While ensuring product quality and on-time delivery, we also prioritize cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

1. Comprehensive Incoming Material Inspection Process
We adhere to quality principles, strictly enforce incoming material inspections in accordance with industry standards, and rigorously implement supply chain audits and management. This ensures that our products possess excellent quality from the very beginning.

2. High-Efficiency Automated Assembly and Testing Equipment
Automated screwdrivers and soldering machines, customized workstation assembly jigs, and ATE testing systems not only improve production efficiency at each assembly station but also significantly reduce the likelihood of human error.

3. Workstation Re-inspection to Reduce Non-Conforming Products
We require employees to conduct necessary visual and functional inspections of components received from the preceding workstation before beginning assembly at their own station. This prevents the acceptance of non-conforming components from the previous station, thereby avoiding unnecessary waste of resources.

4. Quality Department Spot Checks to Ensure the Quality of Finished Products Entering Inventory
All finished products must pass spot checks conducted by the Quality Department in accordance with quality standards before being admitted into inventory. All products awaiting inspection must undergo a comprehensive inspection, including checks on appearance, functionality, accessories, and packaging. For batches that fail spot checks, 100% of the products are reworked.

Our R&D team has many years of experience in developing pet electronics. We quickly understand customer needs and, using proven and professional processes, carry out preliminary design and review work—including requirements analysis, market research, and industrial design—before launching the project. Once the project begins, we engage in comprehensive design work covering industrial design, structural design, and circuit design to ensure that new projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards in accordance with R&D milestones.

2. Efficient Manufacturing System
Leveraging automated manufacturing equipment and proven production processes, we efficiently execute the production of each product according to the production schedule, effectively controlling process quality and production costs at every stage. This ensures that manufacturing serves as a strong foundation for boosting sales performance and establishing our brand.

3. Comprehensive Quality Assurance Process
DFM analysis during the R&D phase lays a solid foundation for reducing costs and improving efficiency in manufacturing. Quality control spans from raw materials and production processes to finished products, ensuring there are no blind spots in quality management. The sales team provides timely feedback on customer complaints and product pain points, supporting product optimization and iteration.

4. Professional and Efficient After-Sales Service Team
Drawing on their in-depth understanding of our proprietary products, our after-sales service team can respond to customer inquiries and requests quickly and professionally. At the same time, close communication and rapid responses from R&D personnel to the service team further ensure the efficiency and quality of our after-sales problem resolution. This also enhances customer recognition of our brand.
