LWe tested 3 feeder factories before landing on this team. What impressed me most is their strict food‑grade material control — BPA‑free PP hopper and full FDA/LFGB documentation ready for our Canadian market. Defect rate stays extremely low across 2 bulk orders. Quick sample turnaround saves us tons of lead‑time risk.

CSamples passed our local lab testing. The hopper sealing works well to keep kibble dry. Compared with other factories, this model has much lower jam‑rate. After‑sales support is responsive when we have technical questions. We are planning to expand our order quantity for next season.
